Amenities

Otis Nature is an outdoor center tucked away in a natural fjord of breathtaking beauty. Located 45 minutes from Saguenay and 35 minutes from Alma, you can enjoy the natural beauty of the site whatever the season.

Explore a variety of outdoor activities on the shores of Lake Tchitogama. Rent kayaks, paddleboards, fishing boats, pontoons and all-terrain joëlettes. See our website for details of activities and rates.

In summer, our restaurant is open Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Please note that there is no cellular network, but WiFi is available.

Cancellation policy

It is possible to cancel your stay up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation and obtain a full refund by writing an e-mail to host@go-van.com with your reservation number.

Anytime rate: $30 + tax

How many sites are available?

4 sites available.

What are the dimensions of each site?

Approximately 20 feet x 40 feet.

What is the maximum accepted van length?

25 feet and under.

Are tents allowed?

No they are not, only vans accepted.

How many nights are we allowed to book?

Max of 7 nights.

What time can we set up and what time do we have to leave?

You are welcome to set up between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm on the day of check-in and are asked to leave your site by noon on the day of check-out.

Do we have a site number?

No.

Where do we go when we get there?

At reception, in the main building.

Are there amenities on site?

No.

Do we have access to showers and/or toilets?

Yes.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, they are allowed on a leash only. Thank you for always picking up after your pets.

Can we move around the site whenever we want?

Yes.

Can we do a campfire? And buy wood on site?

Campfires are permitted with spark arrestors for the summer of 2024. Wood may be purchased on site.

Is wifi available?

Yes.

Is there a dumping station available?

No.

Are generators accepted?

No, generators are not allowed in Go-Van sites.

Leave no trace - How does it work?

When you leave, please leave the site as clean, if not cleaner, than when you arrived. NO garbage in nature!
