Go-Van is proud to be associated with the Vallée Bras Du Nord, a true must-see outdoor destination. The area offers 80 kilometers of hiking and snowshoeing trails, 100 km of singletrack mountain bike trails and 17.5 km of flat-water river rafting. Other outdoor activities include canyoning, via ferrata, fat biking and mountain skiing.

Details of sites

Can accommodate any type of van (tents forbidden) under 25 feet.

First come, first served: you don’t have to select a specific site when booking, nor do you have to go through reception on arrival. In winter, an ephemeral vanlife area is set up in parking lot 1. Park in a space marked “Go-Van”. Arrivals are possible from 2 p.m. and departures until 11 a.m. the following day.

A trail pass is required to use the Bras du Nord Valley trails. You can get yours here.

Cancellation policy

It is possible to cancel your stay up to 24 hours before the start of your reservation and obtain a full refund by writing an e-mail to host@go-van.com with your reservation number.

The sanitary rules issued by the public health authorities have been implemented on our site and are constantly being adjusted. However, it is the visitor’s responsibility to ensure that his or her stay or visit complies with the public health regulations in force in the region from which he or she comes.

How many sites are available?

3 sites available.

What are the dimensions of each site?

Approximately 30 feet x 30 feet. We ask you to respect the limitations of your site in order to offer the same space to each vanlifer and thus offer the same pleasant experience to all during their stay.

What is the maximum accepted van length?

25 feet and under.

How many vans can be on one site?

1 van per site, maximum. You must reserve a space for each van.

Are tents allowed?

No they are not, only vans accepted.

How many nights are we allowed to book?

Max of 6 nights.

What time can we set up and what time do we have to leave?

You are welcome to check-in from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and are asked to leave your site by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Do we have a site number?

No, first come, first settled. You must, however, make sure you set up in a space identified as a “Go-Van”

Where do we go when we get there?

In winter, an ephemeral vanlife area is set up in parking lot 1. You don’t have to stop at the Shannahan reception, just park in a space marked “Go-Van”. Arrivals are possible from 2 p.m. and departures until 11 a.m. the following day.

Are there amenities on site?

No services on sites – Drinking water, electricity and wifi – nearby the area

Do we have access to showers and/or toilets?

Dry toilets only (heated in winter).

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, they are allowed on a leash only. Thank you for always picking up after your pets. Consult our policy on dogs in our trails.

Can we move around the site whenever we want?

No, curfew from 9 p.m.

Can we do a campfire? And buy wood on site?

No campfires on site in winter. In summer, a communal fire pit is available to users of the vanlife area. In order to respect the Sans Traces principles, you must buy wood on-site, and on sale at reception.

Is wifi available?

No.

Is there a dumping station available?

No.

Are generators accepted?

No, generators are not allowed in Go-Van sites.

Leave no trace - How does it work?

When you leave, please leave the site as clean, if not cleaner, than when you arrived. NO garbage in nature!
